The LEGO Collectible Minifigures (CMF) series is popular but you never know which figure is in a bag. With Collecty you scan the bag and instantly see what is inside.
What do you need?
- The Collecty mobile app on your iPhone or iPad
- An unopened CMF bag from a recent series (from series 18 onwards)
Step 1: Open the scanner
Open the Collecty app and go to the search tab. Tap the scanner icon.
Step 2: Find the data matrix code
On modern CMF bags there is a small data matrix code (square with dots). It is usually on the side or bottom of the bag.
Step 3: Point the camera at the code
Hold the camera close to the code. The app recognizes it automatically and instantly shows which figure is inside.
Step 4: Add to your collection
Right after scanning you can add the figure to your CMF collection or wishlist.

Open the series checklist to see which figures you are still missing. Mark the wanted figures and share your wishlist with gift-givers.
