Are you collecting with multiple people? For example as a family or friends group? A shared workspace is ideal.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a separate space that contains multiple collections and lists. Everyone who is a member of the workspace sees all collections and can contribute.
Step 1: Create a new workspace
Go to "Workspaces" and tap "New workspace". Give it a name like "Smith Family" or "LEGO club".
Step 2: Invite members
Open your workspace and go to "Members". Click "Invite" and search for friends by username. They receive a notification and can accept.
Step 3: Create collections in the workspace
When you are in a workspace, new collections are automatically created in that workspace. This way you immediately share them with all members.
Step 4: Switch between workspaces
In the sidebar click your workspace to switch. Your personal collections remain private in your own workspace.
Tip: assign roles
Per workspace member you can choose a role: Viewer (read only), Editor (add items) or Admin (manage members). The creator is always Admin.
